Clinic of the Year: National recognition

We Won Large Practice of the Year.

On Saturday 22 November, Pure Dynamic Health was named Large Practice of the Year by the Institute of Osteopathy.

It is one of the most significant national recognitions in UK musculoskeletal healthcare. And while moments like that are worth marking, what matters more is what sits behind them and what they mean for the people who walk through our door.

What the Institute of Osteopathy Actually Assessed

This is not a popularity contest or a patient vote. The Institute of Osteopathy evaluates how clinics actually operate: clinical standards, patient outcomes, how teams are built and led, and how a practice responds to challenge and change.

What they highlighted about Pure Dynamic Health was specific. The ability to use difficulty as a driver for improvement. A genuine focus on patient outcomes rather than just patient numbers. And meaningful connection with the communities we serve in Crouch End and Marylebone.

Those are not qualities that can be performed for an assessment. They either exist in the day-to-day work of a clinic or they do not.

Winning Nationally From North London

There is something worth noting about where we are based.

Pure Dynamic Health is not a large corporate group. We are a clinic rooted in Crouch End, with a second location in Marylebone, competing against and beating practices from across the entire UK.

That matters because it reflects what is possible when a team is genuinely committed to doing the work well, regardless of size or scale. The standard we hold ourselves to was good enough to be recognised as the best in the country. That is not something we say lightly.

The Team Behind the Award

On the night, we said this was the strongest team we have ever had the privilege of working with.

Each practitioner brings their own expertise and perspective, but what unifies the team is a shared standard that does not waver. There is a culture of ongoing learning, honest reflection, and a willingness to challenge each other in pursuit of better outcomes.

For patients, this translates into something concrete. Your care is not dependent on which practitioner you happen to see. It is underpinned by a collective approach where consistency, communication, and long term results are the measure of success.

What This Standard Looks Like in Practice

A patient came to us with hip pain that had been steadily narrowing her life. At its worst, ten minutes of walking triggered discomfort. The activities she valued were quietly disappearing.

Through careful assessment, we identified the movement and loading patterns driving the problem and built a structured plan around them. Over the following weeks her confidence grew, and she reached a point where she could walk over a mile without pain.

That outcome is not accidental. It is the result of a clinical process that takes the time to understand the full picture before deciding how to act. It is also what a national award winning standard of care looks like in a real consultation, with a real patient.

Why This Matters If You Are Considering Coming to Us

There are a lot of options when it comes to osteopathy and physiotherapy in London. Choosing where to go is not always straightforward.

What we can tell you is this. The Institute of Osteopathy, the professional body that sets the standard for osteopathic practice across the UK, assessed clinics from across the country and named us the best large practice in the nation.

If you are looking for osteopathy in Crouch End, physiotherapy in Marylebone, or simply the confidence that you are being seen by a team operating at the highest level, that recognition carries weight.

Appointments Are Available Now

We see new patients across both our Crouch End and Marylebone clinics.

If you are dealing with persistent pain, a recurring injury, or a problem that has not fully resolved, this is the work we do every day and apparently we do it better than anyone else in the country.

We would be glad to help.
