IT Skills

  • Excellent IT skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to design and create social media posts using programs like Canva.

About the Role

  • Full-time position working alongside our experienced practice manager and osteopaths.
  • Providing an exceptional patient experience.
  • Supporting various aspects of the business with a focus on patient care.
  • High computer literacy required, but receptionist experience is not essential.
  • Comprehensive onboarding process to train you for the role.
  • General administrative duties with a need for lateral thinking and a can-do attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Patient care and excellent receptionist service.
  • Diary management.
  • Front of house management.
  • Stats and accounts.
  • Auditing day-to-day processes.
  • Stock management.
  • Housekeeping and waste management.
  • Support with development and marketing projects.
  • Miscellaneous errands and PA duties for business directors.

Skills & Mindset

  • Accuracy and accountability.
  • Excellent rapport building skills in person and by phone.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work and live in the UK.
