Julia has many years of experience supporting patients with a wide range of concerns. She has a special interest in helping those living with chronic or complex pain, particularly when other approaches have not brought relief. Her treatments are very gentle, focusing on listening to the body and supporting its natural capacity to recover.
Julia also has specialist training in caring for women during pregnancy, postnatally, and for babies, children, and teenagers. She holds a Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy and volunteers one day a week at the Osteopathic Centre for Children.
Alongside her osteopathic work, Julia is a qualified Five-Element Acupuncturist, which she often integrates into treatment where appropriate.
Outside of practice, Julia enjoys open-water swimming, skiing, running, and spending time with her family.
