Katerina takes an integrated approach to treatment, blending osteopathic care with sports massage to address the whole person and not just the presenting symptom.

Originally from Cyprus, Katerina grew up in an active household, moving between martial arts, climbing, and team sports from an early age. That exposure to movement sparked a genuine curiosity about how the body functions and gave her firsthand experience managing her own injuries.

She went on to study at the University College of Osteopathy, graduating with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, and also holds a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage. Together, these give her a versatile clinical approach she shapes around each patient.

Katerina works with people of all ages, from teenagers to older adults, managing conditions ranging from postural strain and persistent tension to acute injuries. She places particular emphasis on patient education, helping you understand not just your symptoms but what is driving them.

Alongside hands-on treatment, she provides tailored exercises and rehabilitation advice, empowering you to move with more confidence and achieve lasting recovery rather than short-term relief.
