Welcome to Pure Dynamic Osteopathy, based in the middle of Crouch End, North London. Our experienced Osteopaths and Massage Therapists actively listen to you in order to understand your needs, and discuss a range of treatments including Osteopathy, Sports Massage, Cranial Osteopathy, Pregnancy Massage, Chi Kung and Western Acupuncture.
We recognise that pain is usually a symptom of musculo-skeletal dysfunction from other areas in the body. This may be knee pain when running caused by faulty biomechanics of the ankle or hip, neck & shoulder pain sitting at a desk or chronic lower back pain. At PureDynamic Osteopathy we treat all areas of the body (muscles, joints, ligaments etc) and not just the spine. Whilst spinal manipulation is a very effective technique to help relieve back pain and increase mobility, we believe that the condition of the patient (age, level of fitness, medication and specific problem) determines the style of treatment required. Other aspects of our treatment include specific functional exercises, nutritional advice, dry needling and hydrotherapy, together with breathing and relaxation techniques.
At PureDynamic Osteopathic clinics we aim to help patients understand the nature of their condition and education is a fundamental part of the treatment process. Following the initial sessions focusing on the immediate problem, we design an exercise-specific approach is to build pure dynamic movement patterns. This together with pain management strategies helps empower patients to take an active role in their own rehabilitation.
During each session there is time to discuss all aspects of the treatment process and any factors which may have an impact upon this. Your input in these discussions is crucial. At each stage of rehabilitation we will remain an ongoing source of support (and clinical advice).

Anastasia is a qualified nutritional therapist who firmly believes that diet and lifestyle are fundamental for preventing and managing chronic health complaints. Anastasia works using a patient-centred approach that has its focus on the underlying drivers of disease and addresses the whole person, rather than the symptoms in isolation. She believes that many of today’s most challenging, costly, and debilitating conditions, including a variety of age-related disease, are closely tied to the mismatch between dietary and lifestyle habits and genetic predispositions.
