Sofia is a registered osteopath with a master’s degree from the European School of Osteopathy.
She has a special interest in women’s health and completed a two-year postgraduate diploma in Women’s Health at the Molinari Institute of Health. This allows her to support women through every stage of life, from adolescence and pregnancy to postnatal recovery and beyond.

Sofia enjoys treating a wide range of patients, including desk workers, athletes, older adults, and pre and postnatal women. Her goal is to help people restore balance, move with ease, and feel their best. She takes a holistic and individualised approach, combining structural and gentle osteopathic techniques tailored to each person’s needs.

With a background in competitive swimming and dance, Sofia brings a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics to her practice. Her love of sport and exercise inspires her to help patients overcome pain and return to the activities they enjoy most.

In addition to her osteopathic work, Sofia is a qualified APPI Clinical Pilates instructor. She often integrates movement and exercise into her treatment plans and offers one-to-one Pilates sessions to help patients build strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies, empowering them with tools for long-term wellbeing.
