Sofia has a particular interest in women’s health and regularly supports patients with pelvic pain, endometriosis, diastasis recti, painful intercourse, period pain, and pregnancy-related discomfort. She also works with women through pregnancy and postnatal recovery, helping them prepare for birth and rebuild strength with confidence.

She holds a Master’s degree from the European School of Osteopathy and a two-year postgraduate diploma in Women’s Health from the Molinari Institute of Health, equipping her with advanced skills in the assessment and management of complex conditions.

Alongside her specialist focus, Sofia treats a wide range of patients including men, desk-based professionals, athletes, and older adults. Whether you’re dealing with an acute injury, persistent pain, or looking to improve how you move and perform, her approach is always tailored to the individual.

Sofia combines hands-on treatment with rehabilitation and movement education. As a qualified APPI Clinical Pilates instructor, she equips patients with the tools and confidence to support their recovery and long-term wellbeing.
